2200 Collins 2200 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, FL 33139	The new mixed-use building will have commercial space on the entire ground floor and part of the second floor on the South end overlooking Collins Park, adjacent to library. The second through the forth floor of the North side of the block will have 10 residential rental apartments. Linking the North and South ends of the building is a second story roof garden which overlooks the library courtyard and Collins Ave. KM Plaza is the general contractor for the project, the same company that built the W Hotel. Hotel at 2360 Collins Avenue 2360 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, FL 33139	This is an approved hotel project to be built on the old site for the Creek Hotel formerly known as the Banana Bungalow. The existing buildings will be renovated and a 7 story addition at the rear of the property will be built. Project currently on hold. (Updated 4/26/2010)
