Debi Quade

Debi Quade first arrived in South Beach in the 70’s as a new graduate nurse, who loved spending hours on the porches of Ocean Drive talking with the elderly residents, assisting them with their needs and learning the history of the early residents of Miami Beach. She became a career Realtor in the late 70’s and is affiliated with Cervera Real Estate in Miami Beach.

Debi has served on several committees of The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and is past president of the Women's Business Council of Miami Beach. Debi’s experience and education in the world of Real Estate guided her to choose Collins Park as her home. Collins Park allows proximity to everything South Beach has to offer, yet the tranquility of living in the suburbs. The combination of ocean, sand dunes, parks, canal walk, restaurants, shops, art, culture, and conveniences can not be found all together in any other zone in Miami Beach but Collins Park. Debi's goal as a director is to be a liaison and voice for the residents to have suburb "quality of life". Her "Live Collins Park" plan is designed to help make Collins Park a vibrant community attracting business and residents to this "Gem" on South Beach.
